Meet the team

  • Owner, President, Field Superintendent

    Brody Kalbaugh is the Owner, President, and Field Superintendent of GKM Property Services, a top lawn care and landscape design-build company. With over 20 years of industry experience, Brody is known for his strong work ethic, leadership, and dedication to delivering high-quality results.

    His landscaping journey began in high school and evolved into a successful career after earning a Business Administration degree and playing college football at the University of Saint Francis. Brody’s hands-on experience—from intern to Field Manager to founder of MowTime Lawn & Landscaping—laid the groundwork for the creation of GKM Property Services.

    Brody leads with a focus on integrity, teamwork, and excellence. He ensures each project meets the highest standards while fostering a supportive, results-driven team environment. His attention to detail and customer-first mindset are key to GKM’s continued growth and success.

    A committed community advocate, Brody serves on the board of Keeping Noblesville Beautiful, supports the Boys & Girls Club, and contributes to the Indiana Peony Festival.

    Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his daughters, as well as hunting, fishing, and golfing.

  • Co-Owner, Mowing Director

    Alex Riggs was born in Indianapolis and raised in Noblesville, where he graduated from Noblesville High School in 2010. He has a beautiful family that includes his wife, Ashley Riggs, and their two amazing children.

    As a child, Alex often visited his family's farm, where he developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors and hard work. Every summer, he would spend weeks working on the farm, doing everything from baling hay and maintaining equipment to joining the crews of the family’s landscape company. It was during these formative years that he discovered his passion for this type of work.

    Today, Alex is the Co-Owner of GKM Property Services, Inc., a company he joined in 2017. Since buying into the business in 2018, he has played a key role in its significant growth and continued momentum. The company takes great pride in serving the local community and is dedicated to enhancing the beauty of the city Alex calls home.

    With a strong commitment to becoming the top property service provider in the area, GKM Property Services continues to rise. Alex remains deeply proud of his roots—he loves Noblesville, proudly wears the black and gold, and holds great pride in being a Noblesville Miller.

  • Hardscape Supervisor

    With over 15 years in the landscaping and hardscaping industry, Allen Richardson brings expert craftsmanship, leadership, and a commitment to quality to every project. A graduate of the University of Saint Francis and former college football player, Allen developed discipline and teamwork skills that continue to shape his professional approach.

    For more than a decade at GKM Property Services, Allen has grown into a key leadership role, overseeing hardscaping projects from design to completion. His deep knowledge of materials, techniques, and trends makes him an invaluable asset to the team.

    Allen collaborates closely with clients and team members to ensure every project meets GKM’s high standards. His dedication, attention to detail, and passion for excellence drive the success of the hardscaping division.

    Outside of work, Allen enjoys yoga, fitness, nature, and giving back to his community through local events and projects.

  • Maintenance Supervisor

    Rod Romanoski is a cornerstone of GKM Property Services, bringing decades of experience in landscaping and a strong background in military service to his role as Maintenance Supervisor. His time in the military instilled a deep sense of discipline, integrity, and leadership—qualities that have not only shaped his own career but have also made a lasting impact on the entire GKM team.

    Rod leads by example, setting high standards for work ethic, technique, and attention to detail. As a mentor, he has helped guide and develop team members, creating a culture rooted in accountability, consistency, and pride in every job completed. His keen eye and hands-on approach serve as an extra layer of quality control, ensuring every property we maintain reflects the excellence our clients expect.

    Rod is deeply committed to enhancing the Noblesville community, playing an active role in beautifying the area and supporting local events. He’s particularly passionate about the Indiana Peony Festival at Seminary Park, where he ensures the landscape is perfectly maintained for this beloved event, going on 5 years strong! Rod also loves being involved in every event sponsored by GKM Property Services, especially those supporting the Noblesville Boys and Girls Club. His dedication to the community shines through as he works to create spaces that everyone can enjoy and take pride in, making Noblesville a better place for all.
