  • Owner, President, Field Superintendent


    Brody Kalbaugh is the Owner, President, and Field Superintendent of GKM Property Services, a leading lawn & landscape maintenance and landscape design & build company. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Brody has built a reputation for his hard work, leadership, and unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional services in the landscaping industry.

    Brody’s career in landscaping began at a young age when he started mowing grass in his neighborhood. As a high school student, he founded a small landscaping company, laying the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Saint Francis, Brody played college football as a Linebacker, where he developed key skills in teamwork, discipline, and perseverance—traits that have influenced his leadership and business management style.

    While in college, Brody interned with a Landscape Design & Maintenance Company, where he worked his way up to Field Manager. This hands-on experience provided him with a deep understanding of both the technical and operational aspects of landscaping. After graduation, Brody founded MowTime Lawn & Landscaping, which thrived under his leadership. His success and dedication ultimately led to a merger with another company, creating GKM Property Services—a business known for its expertise, quality, and strong community presence.

    Brody’s business philosophy is grounded in hard work, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. As the Owner, President, and Field Superintendent of GKM Property Services, he is dedicated to leading by example and fostering a team-oriented culture. He ensures every team member has the resources and guidance they need to succeed, while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Brody’s focus on attention to detail and outstanding results drives the success of every project, ensuring the company meets and exceeds client expectations.

    Brody is deeply committed to giving back to his community. He is an active member of the Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville and serves on the board of Keeping Noblesville Beautiful. Brody is also a proud supporter of the Indiana Peony Festival, where he helps to celebrate the local culture and beauty of his community.

    In his free time, Brody enjoys spending quality time outdoors with his daughters. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and golfing—activities that allow him to unwind and reconnect with nature, providing balance between his personal life and professional responsibilities.

  • Co-Owner, Mowing Director

    Alex Riggs was born in Indianapolis and raised in Noblesville, where he graduated from Noblesville High School in 2010. He has a beautiful family that includes his wife, Ashley Riggs, and their two amazing children.

    As a child, Alex often visited his family's farm, where he developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors and hard work. Every summer, he would spend weeks working on the farm, doing everything from baling hay and maintaining equipment to joining the crews of the family’s landscape company. It was during these formative years that he discovered his passion for this type of work.

    Today, Alex is the Co-Owner of GKM Property Services, Inc., a company he joined in 2017. Since buying into the business in 2018, he has played a key role in its significant growth and continued momentum. The company takes great pride in serving the local community and is dedicated to enhancing the beauty of the city Alex calls home.

    With a strong commitment to becoming the top property service provider in the area, GKM Property Services continues to rise. Alex remains deeply proud of his roots—he loves Noblesville, proudly wears the black and gold, and holds great pride in being a Noblesville Miller.

  • Hardscape Supervisor

    With 15 years of experience in the landscaping and hardscaping industry, Allen has built a reputation for his expertise, dedication, and leadership. He plays a key role in overseeing the hardscaping division and ensuring that every project meets the company’s high standards of craftsmanship and quality.

    Allen graduated from the University of Saint Francis, where he played college football as a Defensive Back. He and Brody Kalbaugh were teammates during their college years, where they developed a strong friendship and teamwork skills that have influenced their professional lives. Allen’s football experience helped him develop discipline, leadership, and a competitive spirit—traits that have greatly contributed to his success in the landscaping industry.

    With over 15 years of experience, Allen has honed his skills in all aspects of hardscaping, from design to installation. He has worked with GKM Property Services for more than 10 years, growing within the company and taking on increasing responsibilities. Over the years, Allen has gained an in-depth understanding of hardscaping techniques, materials, and trends, making him an invaluable asset to the team.

    As the Hardscape Supervisor, Allen is responsible for managing hardscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are executed to perfection. He works closely with clients to understand their vision and collaborates with the rest of the team to bring it to life. Allen’s attention to detail, strong leadership, and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship are key factors in the success of the company’s hardscaping division.

    In addition to his work at GKM Property Services, Allen is committed to his community and frequently participates in local events and projects that promote the betterment of the area.

    Outside of work, Allen enjoys spending time with family and friends. His hobbies include yoga, fitness, and spending time in nature—activities that help him stay grounded, healthy, and connected to the world around him.

  • Maintenance Supervisor

    Rod Romanoski brings over 15 years of experience in the landscaping and property maintenance industry. As Maintenance Supervisor at GKM Property Services, he leads our team with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of what it takes to keep properties looking their best year-round. Rod takes pride in ensuring every lawn, landscape, and outdoor space is maintained to the highest standard, making him a trusted and valued leader on our team.

    As Maintenance Supervisor, Rod Romanoski plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations at GKM. He oversees three maintenance crews, managing their schedules, reviewing timecards, and ensuring all equipment is in top working condition. Rod serves as the point of contact for many of our clients, meeting with them directly to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Communication is KEY! He keeps a close eye on project progress, making sure every item on the to-do list is completed with precision and care. Above all, Rod ensures that every job is done to the high standards GKM is known for—leading with accountability, consistency, and pride in our work.

    Rod Romanoski is deeply committed to enhancing the Noblesville community, playing an active role in beautifying the area and supporting local events. He’s particularly passionate about the Indiana Peony Festival at Seminary Park, where he ensures the landscape is perfectly maintained for this beloved event, going on 5 years strong! Rod also loves being involved in every event sponsored by GKM Property Services, especially those supporting the Noblesville Boys and Girls Club. His dedication to the community shines through as he works to create spaces that everyone can enjoy and take pride in, making Noblesville a better place for all.

    Outside of work, Rod loves to watch his favorite football team lose and enjoy his MILLER TIME…HAHA.
